We ship large, heavy, and specialized equipment that require special freight handling, longer delivery windows, and careful coordination at delivery.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please review this policy in full to understand shipping timelines, inspection requirements, and what to expect for large freight deliveries — especially for shipments remote areas.

Processing Time
 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Due to the size and customization of our products, some orders may take longer to prepare.

We specialize in shipping large, bulky items via trusted freight carriers.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Continental United States: 7–14 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier availability, freight logistics, and local conditions.

Shipping Destinations
We only ship to the lower 48 U.S. states.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Freight shipments may include separate contact from the delivery carrier to schedule delivery.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Please carefully inspect your shipment upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the box or product, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Photos are highly recommended to help us and the carrier resolve any potential issues.

How to Prepare for Delivery

  • Confirm that the delivery area is accessible for large items

  • Measure all access points (doorways, hallways, stairs)

  • Have help available to unload if needed — freight deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise arranged

  • Review product installation requirements in advance

Damaged or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged or parts are missing, notify us at  support@thebiohackingpros.com within 48 hours. Include photos and a clear description.

If you don't notify us via email within 5 business days of delivery, we may be unable to process a claim, replacement, or refund.

Delivery & Installation
Some products require scheduled delivery and/or professional installation. Our team will contact you to coordinate if needed. Most freight shipments are delivered curbside unless special arrangements are made in advance.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your shipment is delayed or goes missing, contact us at  support@thebiohackingpros.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a resolution.
